Scottsdale Village Square
Scottsdale Village Square, a Pacifica Senior Living Community located near Old Town Scottsdale is seeking a self-motivated, hard-working experienced LPN/RN to carry out the responsibilities of a Dementia/Behavioral SNF Unit Manager. You will be responsible for coordinating and directing the healthcare management of residents in a Long-Term Care Setting. Duties must be performed in accordance with all company policies and procedures, while providing resident care services with kindness and compassion with a strong desire to work with long-term care and sub-acute care residents. In addition to having strong nursing skills, you will need the following:
· Current Nursing license (LPN or RN) in good standing with the Arizona State Board of Nursing
· Current Fingerprint Card & CPR Certification
· Ability to manage and supervise nursing unit
· 2 years supervisory experience preferred
· Ability to communicate confidently, clearly, concisely and professionally
· Comfortable rapport while interfacing with residents, families and staff
· Long-term care experience is required
