Description of Opportunity:

This role is responsible for achieving and maintaining maximum occupancy of the Community, achieving high resident/employee satisfaction and generating respect in the neighborhood for the Community.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales and revenue cycle for the community.
  • Focus on in-bound inquiry calls and referrals to assist families as they research options for their loved one(s).
  • Tour families around the community focusing on their needs and services. No two tours will ever look exactly the same!
  • Ensuring the community is always “show ready” by working with other department heads and associates on a daily basis.

  • 3 years of sales experience with examples of meeting / exceeding monthly goals.
