Sales Leader

Pacifica Senior Living offers multiple opportunities for career growth and development for the right person. We are currently looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Leader for our Santa Fe community.

Competitive base salary: $50,000-$55,000 annually plus uncapped commissions.

Unlimited earning potential. No outside marketing or cold calling. Prospects come to you with a problem and we guide them to the best solution.

Comfortability on the phone and in a face-to-face sales setting is a must. A successful applicant will have experience in sales with strong commitment to meeting monthly goals.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline management and lead generation.
• Ability to drive lead progression, from point of inquiry to point of admit. Requires a high level of listening and attention to detail.
• Commitment to monthly sales quotas.
• Responsible to move-in goals and census projections.
• Requires a high level of urgency and proactive forward progression.
• Ability to build and manage referral relationships.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience in an assisted living and memory care environment desired OR
• 5 years of direct sales experience – commission-based sales experience a plus.
