Guaranteed base salary plus uncapped commissions.

The successful applicant will have experience in sales with a dynamic personality to move decision makers forward while being empathetic to potentially emotional situations.

Responsibilities

  • Phone and face-to face sales settings accomodating call-in inquiries and tours with prospects.
  • Requires a high level of listening and attention to detail.
  • Responsible to monthly move-in goals and census projections as determined and agreed upon by local community.
  • Requires a high level of urgency and proactive forward progression with emphasis on shortened sales cycle.
  • Twice weekly reporting of projections and movement (reporting reduced once the community is at/above budgeted census and revenue)

Qualifications

  • 2 years of sales experience in an assisted living and memory care environment desired OR
  • 5 years of direct sales experience – commission-based sales experience a plus.
