Sales Director

Pacifica Senior Living Skylyn offers multiple opportunities for career growth and development for the right person. We are currently looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Leader for our Spartanburg, SC community.
Guaranteed base salary starting at $40,000-$45,0000 plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. Unlimited earning potential. Average Commission of $2400/month. No marketing or cold calling. Prospects come to you with a problem and we work to be the solution.

The successful applicant will have experience in sales with a dynamic personality to move decision makers forward while being empathetic to potentially emotional situations.

Responsibilities

· Phone and face to face sales settings.

· Ability to drive lead progression, from point of inquiry to point of admit. Requires a high level of listening and attention to detail.

· Commitment to monthly sales quotas.

· Responsible to move-in goals and census projections.

· Requires a high level of urgency and proactive forward progression.

Qualifications

· 2 years of sales experience in an assisted living and memory care environment desired OR

· 5 years of direct sales experience – commission-based sales experience a plus.
