The main objective of the Sales Director is to ensure that the community meets and/or
exceeds the yearly budgeted census on a monthly basis.

On-going training and mentorship is provided by the community’s Executive Director.

It is the Sales Director’s responsibility to train all management team the aspects of the marketing functions in order to assist where deemed necessary.
Effective verbal and written communication to management team and front desk concierge on all
prospects coming in for tour, lunch, assessment, etc.
All administrative paperwork must be completed prior to move-in. (Resident Lease is completed by E.D. or as directed.) Pacifica Senior Living utilizes inquiry connection sheets for all incoming prospect calls, walk-ins, scheduled tours, etc.
It is the objective through the use of the inquiry connection sheets to obtain all the necessary information that will enable the Sales Director to better understand the prospect’s needs and concerns. A minimum of 8 hours per week or 40 visits per month will be designated to community relationship building (or otherwise noted).
It is the responsibility of the Sales Director to assist in a plan of action along with the Executive Director for management participation in areas deemed necessary.
Yardi is the web software used for all sales tracking.
Database must be updated on a daily basis.
