Resident Services Director

Pacifica Senior Living community in Hollywood Hills is looking to hire a Top Notch Nurse/Resident Services Director to lead our Care Team…..OPENING SOON!

This individual should have knowledge in the senior assisted living field with a current LVN license.

The main duties for this position will be:

-Overseeing the general well-being of the residents in our community

-Responsible for assessments of prospective residents

-Managing all care staff and medication technicians on daily duties

-Conducts family conferences to determine the amount of support services required to meet the residents needs

-Responds to emergencies, assesses situations and alerts medical help when necessary

-Proper staff scheduling

-Oversees outside care providers working in the community

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 /hour
