Pacifica Senior Living Paradise Valley is looking for a Resident Care Coordinator/Staff Coordinator for their beautiful 84 bed memory care community located in North Phoenix.

Job Summary

This position assists the Resident Care Director with monitoring resident health, including but not limited to:

  • Record Keeping
  • Scheduling of Caregivers and Med Techs
  • Staff Training and Education
  • Medication Monitoring and Record Keeping
  • Maintaining resident care paperwork and weights
  • Initiate and Maintain Emergency Packets
  • Organization of Resident Charts

Must be an Arizona Certified Caregiver and Med Tech

Requirements:

  • CPR/First Aid
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Food Handlers Card
  • Valid ID/Driver’s License
  • AZ Caregiver Certification
