Resident Care Coordinator

The RCC supports the resident care needs of our residents in Memory Care. Key responsibilities include evaluation of resident care needs, assist with medication management, communication to physicians, and resident records. Schedule and staffing the community. Ability to supervise staff and provide direction. Must be flexible, a good communicator, and have the ability to manage and implement change. Will provide support coverage for the Resident Services Director in their absence.
