Assisted Living Memory Care Community seeking for a Wellness Nurse. Duties include: Manage medication and monitor associates in administration of medication, including frequent audits of medication records. Order medication from pharmacy and maintain records. Assure that medications are properly stored and cared for. Observe residents’ health status take actions to address concerns within scope of practice. Observe, record, and notify Executive Director, Resident Care Director, physician, family of significant changes to residents’ condition and reactions to medications, treatments, and significant incidents. This position requires and LPN with an unencumbered license to practice nursing with in the state of application. Must possess valid First Aid, CPR, Fingerprint Card.
