Position Title: Operations Assistant
General Summary of Duties: Looking for a person with excellent problem-solving skills, patience, a customer-friendly attitude, desire to learn and be involved in various departments of an office setting and senior housing industry, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Essential Functions:
· Support and assistance with various administration duties for corporate office management staff
· Communicate with properties to assist with gathering information and putting together reports
· Provide information and support for troubleshooting office issues
· Flexibility with assisting on tasks as new items arise
Qualifications:
· Self-driven, motivated, independent individuals with great communication skills
· Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
· Senior housing or real estate experience optional
