ON Call LVN Memory Care

The On Call LVN supports the resident care needs of our residents in Memory Care. The position is required to be able to work 730am – 430pm, weekends and holidays and other shifts as needed. Key responsibilities include evaluation of resident care needs, assist with medication management, communication to physicians, and resident records, conduct resident rounds, documentation, audits, order review, follow up with families and staff. Ability to supervise staff and provide direction. Must be flexible, a good communicator, and have the ability to manage and implement change.

Salary: $26.00 to $28.00 /hour
