The Meridian at Stone Creek is currently seeking an exceptional nursing leader to oversee the health and wellness services of its Legacies and Transitions Memory Care program. Nestled in a secluded neighborhood a mile south of Wild Waves Theme Park, we’re just a short easy drive away from both Federal Way and Tacoma!
Currently we are looking to add a new Memory Care Coordinatorto the awesome team we have in place at our five star Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for working with seniors and a strong successful clinical nursing background, preferably within an Assisted Living setting. All team members must adhere to a strict customer service philosophy by providing excellent customer service to our residents, their families, and fellow co-workers.
To be considered for this exceptional management level role, all applicants must hold an active Washington State LPN nursing license that is in good standing. This position maintains responsibility for the overall management of our memory care community, so we are seeking an experienced leader who will support and practice the philosophy, objectives and standards of the Pacifica Senior Living organization to ensure the consistent provision of high quality care to all residents.
The person chosen for this role will conduct assessments, develop and administer service plans, and monitor the outcomes of all resident care activities within our specialized memory care community by evaluating staff performance, maintaining compliance with community and State Regulations, and utilizing budgeted resources in an effective and efficient manner.
