Nestled in a secluded neighborhood a mile south of Wild Waves Theme Park, we’re just a short easy drive away from both Federal Way and Tacoma!
Currently we are looking to add qualified Med Tech and caregivers (CNA/HCA/NAR) to the awesome team we have in place at our five star Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Our four on two off staffing rotation will provide you with a three-day weekend each and every cycle! All shifts are currently available.
We are seeking committed individuals that have a passion to care for seniors and are looking to grow within the healthcare field. All team members must adhere to a strict customer service philosophy by providing excellent customer service to our residents, their families, and fellow co-workers. We will give preference toward candidates who have either a CNA or HCA certification with specialty mental health/dementia training and current First Aid/CPR credentials. However, this is not required, as we are willing to train and develop unlicensed candidates who have excellent customer service skills along with some prior experience working with seniors.
