Supports all facility maintenance and housekeeping. Performs preventative and routine maintenance, repairs and replaces equipment, conducts routine safety inspections, monitors HVAC, solar, and PTAC, conducts routine inspections on a weekly, daily, monthly basis, turning apartments which includes patch and paint, and housekeeping department and staff. Candidate must be willing to respond to after hours emergencies 24/7. Requires the ability to communicate clearly to all staff. Must be comfortable working in an environment with the elderly. EOE
