Maintenance Technician

This position facilitates the successful physical plant operations for a 70 unit Assisted Living Community.

Schedule and perform preventative maintenance. Remove, repair, install equipment as needed. Responsible for completing apartment turnovers including painting and minor repairs. Sub contract repairs as necessary. Working knowledge of HVAC systems and Fire Alarm systems. Other duties as assisgned/needed. Must clear DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance, physical and TB Test.
