Under the direction of our Food Service Director, the Sous Chef will assist with the daily operations of our kitchen. and assists in maintaining a well-organized and efficient food service department. Demonstrates a complete understanding of all basic food production skill sets with the ability to perform these error-free and meet the Pacifica Senior Living quality standards. Prepares and serves attractive, nutritious meals in an organized manner. Assists in the selection, supervision and training and development of staff for growth and opportunity to meet the demand for qualified employees need for continued company growth and proficient service to residents and guests.

Experience:
