Line Cook

Preparing appealing, nutritious, heart-healthy, tasteful and fresh meals for resident living in an independent/assisted living community. Able to maintain work pace appropriate to given work load. Reads, interprets and follow production sheets. Safely operate all kitchen equipment and dish washing machine. clean and sanitize ovens, grill, work space and cooking utensils. Check food order deliveries. Available for weekend coverage and on-call shifts as needed. High School Diploma or equivalent certificate and at least two years’ experience with food preparation/cooking, kitchen safety, sanitation, menu preparation in a restaurant or health care facility. Serve Safe Certification. Must clear DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance, TB Test and Physical
