This position is responsible for providing excellent hospitality as they are the first impression for all visitors of the community. The Concierge will be greeting potential residents, families, visitors, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages. The customer service centered position operates as the telephone, communication, information, and referral center for all residents, staff and departments.
Job Duties:
- Support the mission, vision, and culture of the organization through positive communication
- Contribute to team effort by using flexible in work assignments; by furnishing support; by taking initiative; and by understanding how this position affects and compliments all other Community positions
- Answer phones, take messages and transfer calls
- Greet arriving guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer residents’ needs and requests
- Demonstrate positive attitude and ability to work well with people
- Possess basic computer skills, including knowledge of Word and Excel
- General Computer skills
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $10.00 /hour
Experience:
- Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
