The Meridian at Kessler Park is seeking to hire a Food Service Director to join our team of professionals. We are a Senior Living Retirement Community that consists of Independent Living and Assisted Living residents. We are looking for someone that is dedicated to serving the elderly with the finesse to establish a great meal plan based on offering three (3) meals per day. The Food Service Director will oversee 15-20 employees, including kitchen staff and dining room staff, and be responsible for managing the work schedule of these employees. The Food Service Director will also be responsible for managing a food budget. We prefer to hire a candidate with at least 3-5 years of experience in this industry, but not required.
