Pacifica Senior Living Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility

Pacifica Senior Living is looking for an experienced Executive Director who shares our passion for service to seniors and can inspire that dedication and excitement with a team of their own. This person will have the opportunity to run a 7 cottage style memory care community. Our ideal candidate will be a strong leader with the dedication and drive to achieve consistent successful outcomes with sales and marketing and financial management while maintaining a focus on resident and employee satisfaction.

Requirements for the job include: Two years of management experience within the assisted living industry or related field. Knowledge and familiarity with local, state and national laws relating to assisted living. Core Certification a plus but not required.
