This is a customer service centered position operates as the telephone, communication, information and referral center for all residents, staff and departments. Responsibilities will include resume review, scheduling interviews, processing new hires, and onboarding. Qualified candidate will be an active team player with a “can do” attitude and have skills and experience to support office tasks and equipment, manages documents and email, experienced with MS Office, active listener, excellent communication skills and able to read, write and understand English. Must have excellent time management skills, the ability to follow instruction, stay on top of tasks, and handle confidential information. Must have ability to adapt to ever changing priorities, and feel comfortable working in an environment with people with disabilities and the elderly. Willingness to work occasional weekends/holidays/evenings. Required to pass a criminal record clearance, drug screen and TB Clearance. EOE
