Senior Housing Properties offers multiple opportunities for career growth and development for the person. We are currently looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Leader for our Santa Fe Community.
Guaranteed base salary starting at $50,000 plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. Unlimited earning potential. No marketing or cold calling. Prospects come to you with a problem and we guide them to the solution for them.
The successful applicant will have experience in sales with a dynamic personality to move decisions makers forward while being empathetic to potentially emotional situations.
Responsibilities
- Phone call, tours and inquiries with prospects. Requires a high level of listening and attention to detail.
- Responsible to move-in goals and census projections as determined and agreed upon by local community.
- Requires a high level of urgency and proactive forward progression.
- Twice weekly reporting of projections and movement (reporting reduced once the community is at/above budgeted census and revenue).Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience in assisted living and memory care environment desired OR
- 5 years of direct sales experience – commission-based sales experience a plus.Similar Titles:
