This position requires: lift and/or transfer residents as needed. Assist in serving meals and other dining-related responsibilities,record and report changes in resident’s condition.Must be willing and able to work required and scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, overtime and holiday

- Reading, writing, and carrying out directions
- Charting or taking notes for others to review
- Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
- Feeding clients
- Maintaining patient’s health equipment
- Responding to emergency situations
- Facilitating community and recreational outings, including transport
- Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities
