The right candidate will work with corporate office staff in support of corporate accounting and human resource procedures and activities that affect the local office. The Business Office Manager will assist in coordinating office services, records control and special projects as assigned and contribute to effective communication and pleasant working conditions.
Job Responsibilities:
*Perform, administer and oversee all accounting functions
*Process payroll semi-monthly
*Perform Human Resource administrative duties for the community including background checks, maintenance of employee records, employee onboarding, benefits and facilitating general employee issues and inquiries
*Responsible for maintaining a safe environment for staff, residents, families and guests following safety standards
*Completing state required training per regulations and maintaining training records
Qualifications:
*Prefer one (1) year experience in accounting, payroll, human resources
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Calendar, Word and Excel)
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
