Position Title: Analyst

General Summary of Duties: Looking for a person with excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, patience, attention to detail, a desire to learnand be involved in various departments of an office setting and senior housing industry, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply provided they have the expertise, skillset, and mindset required.

Essential Functions:

· Drafting property-level reports related to payroll and census on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

· Collecting, organizing, and validating data to ensure accuracy

· Communicating with managers at communities to gather information and relay reporting and analyses

Qualifications:

· Technical and analytical skills (Excel knowledge is required)
