Minimum Requirements:

· 1 year experience conducting group activities

· 18 years of age or older

· Valid drivers license in good standing

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills

· Meet health requirements including TB

· Must pass Criminal background check

Essential Functions:

· Conduct, coordinate and schedule activities for 7 days a week

· Prepare, post and distribute calendar and monthly newsletter

· Organize resident council meeting

· Assist driving community residence on outings

· Coordinate community groups and volunteers for programs

· Collaborate with team to host events, for in house and sales department

· Model core values
